We just got home with Ashley Katharine and gave her a quick tour of the house before letting her rest in her new cradle. She was so excited to see it and immediately fell asleep after a gentle rocking by Susan.

Susan is excited and full of energy despite only having 3 hours sleep but this new father needs to go get some rest…

Thanks for all your emails and support, I’m sorry if I don’t respond right away but we certainly appreceate it greatly.

At 2:55pm today Susan gave birth to our beautiful new baby girl!

Ashley Katharine was born weighing six pounds and fifteen ounces. She has dark hair and hazel-blue eyes. She is quiet and sweet and I have already given her her first bath.

Susan and I are at the hospital now!

Susan’s water has broke and she is having contractions, they are about 5 minutes apart. I am a little nervous but everything looks good. The nurses here are great, and right now I am in the pharmacy with Susan’s co-workers borrowing a pc to make this post.
